Evans Gulch Bypass Flume
Project – Evans Gulch Bypass Flume
Owner/Client – Parkville Water District
Completed – Fall 2016
This was our first project with Parkville Water and it was very challenging. The existing flume was made of wood and installed around 1900. The scope of work included removing the wood flume, cutting the slope of the adjacent hillside, installing 2 new 48” hdpe pipes, and an inlet and outlet structure. The job included a fabricated trash rack and miscellaneous metals.
“Mountain Structures was able to come up with solutions on every problem involved in this unique project. Two very challenging concrete structures and a very tight work area made the project very challenging, but Parkville is very pleased with the results, a beautiful job.”
